Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, William
Rot began winning awards for his short
films at the age of 19, going on to direct a vast and diverse
body work
ranging from music videos to animated productions to multimedia
art
installations. He's currently finishing his latest directing
assignment, the pilot
for Jack Stewart's series, "The Cartridge Family".
His influences are as
eclectic as his work, ranging from the paintings of Dali and
Goya, to
psychedelic films of Kenneth Anger. William Rot currently lives
and
works in Hollywood, California. |
