The Dark Art

- Nico Claux -
Nico Claux learned
to paint in 1996 while in prison serving time for murder and
satanic related crimes. His technique developed and by the time
of his release in 2002, Nico had become one of the most sought
after painters of "disturbing" subject matter by collectors
of the macabre…most notable for his "Human Predators"
series of portraits depicting famous murderers and madmen.
In addition
to his artwork, Nico works in a funeral parlor and as a morgue
technician in a hospital in Paris. His artwork has been exhibited
around the world, featured in magazines and television shows,
and published in Sandra London's book "True Vampires."
Bizarre Magazine has labelled Nico Claux as "France's most
extreme artist."
