Gidget Gein (1969-2008) was such an important
figure in Hyaena Gallery's history.
Aside from his own creativity, he brought many artists and fans
into the fold of our art
community. Recently, Hollie Stevens, a longtime friend of both
Gidget and Hyaena,
was diagnosed with breast cancer. If you've ever had any contact
with Hollie then
you know how amazing she truly is. Tough as nails and funny as
hell, she is the type
of person who rolls with life's punches while flashing a devious
smirk. In an effort to
show her our love and support we are offering a great selection
of Gidget Gein's
artwork to benefit his close friend.
This exhibit consists of pieces donated from several private
collections, all from
people who are close to both Gidget and Hollie. In order to honor
Gidget's own
generosity and to encourage sales, all of the pricing for this
exhibit reflects the pricing
of Gidget's artwork while he was alive. You will never see Gidget's
art priced this
low again so let's do our best to give Hollie a little boost
and help a friend.
